At the Breeding and Research Station, a wide range of research is conducted to breed improved vegetable varieties geared toward the domestic and overseas markets. We are developing marker for identifying desirable traits. Based on genome – based precision breeding using molecular markers, studies are being conducted such as early selection of excellent traits, purity testing of developed new varieties in F1 and variety similarity testing.
